Large double room

We are looking forward to a new flatmate for our house share in Finchley.
The room itself is very large with wooden floors, a large double glazed window and recently redecorated. The house has all the essentials - broadband, central heating, fully furnished, dishwasher and washing machine. There are two bathrooms. There is no living room but a large kitchen and dining area with a sofa. There is a garden too with a secure shed and bbq area.
Finchley is a lovely area. Very safe, very green with plenty of great cafes and restaurants in nearby North Finchley and Finchley Central. There are 2 gyms within short walking distance, as well as a cinema, bowling alley and a selection of restaurants.
A little bit about your housemates – it’s a very sociable house, but not a loud party house. We like to have dinner together if ever possible and have drinks before going out at the weekends. We work hard and we do play hard too sometimes but this happens outside of the house! Home is a chilled place to come back to and relax.
The house is a 10-15 minute walk to both East Finchley and Finchley Central tube stations (Northern Line) and is on many bus routes.
