There is a very attractive and well appointed kitchen available for use so the prospective lodger does not need to bring kitchenware.

I would be willing to consider short term rentals, under three months, however the monthly rent would be £1100

Most bills are included but due to spiralling costs of electricity, there may be some adjustment in the winter based on a smart meter.
