Prospective lodger must like dogs - there are two old collie crosses resident in the home and a two year old jack russell
Ideally, the lodger will be vegetarian. The house is kept to a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness and would be ideal for a lodger to whom these things are important.
There is a very attractive and well appointed kitchen available for use so the prospective lodger does not need to bring kitchenware.
