An array of shops and amenities in the local area are also within easy reach, eg Gym (David Lloyd, Pure Gym & Nuffield Leisure)
Our immaculate room for rent is a large double approx 20ft sq in a safe & quiet residential area. It is the only room that is offered for rent in our home.
The room is spotlessly clean and fully furnished (new) Includes a fabulous orthopaedic double bed. See the pictures. Come and see our lovely safe house and room for yourself. No damp, a very well maintained house etc.
Desk & chair can be added to the room if required.
Please also note as follows:
NO couples.
NO agencies.
NO smokers.
ALL bills are included. eg: Energy (heating) Council Tax, Water Rates, Internet/Super Fast Broadband.
Note: A £12.50 per week contribution towards household bills (vacuum/cleaning products, toilet & kitchen roll etc)
