A large double room, recently refurbished, with its own separate large bath room and its own fridge occupying most of the loft area of a nice house. It suit a single professional person. We are a quiet household, friendly and sociable. Share dining room and kitchen with two others (an anthropologist/writer and an Uber driver/aspiring media man). There is also a lovely garden. The house is very close to shops, restaurants and supermarkets and 8 minutes walk from tube station.
There is a deposit of £850, refundable upon one month's notice. The rent is £750 month, inclusive of all the bills, including broadband.
