Cosy studio

Hiya,
I’m looking for someone to take over my studio ASAP. I'm flexible on the move in date.

The studio comes with a bed, wardrobe and a tallboy. There is heaps of storage under the bed, which is brand new (supplied in December 2020). The studio came unfurnished (freshly painted/ renovated) so I made it super cosy and homy- actually gutted to be leaving the place. I’m happy to leave most of the stuff behind so if you don’t come with plates and pots, don’t worry - I’m sure we can work something out!

You would sign a new lease (either 6 -month or 12- month long with a break clause after 6 months). The flat is 5 min walk from Finchley Central Station, 20 min walk to East Finchley High street (amazing coffee shops, restaurants, pubs- might come handy for when Rona buggers off) and 20-30 min walk to The Hampstead Heath. Get your bathers ready for when we get those famous 2 weeks of British summer. Oh! let’s not forget about North Finchley with its good old Aldi (and its impressive selection of flavoured gins), traditional English pub and many more (20 min walk). There is also a bike storage in the garden if needed.

This is why you should go for it:

- There is a very decent coffee shop at the end of the road – Tintico Coffee + massive Tesco, Sainsbury and Waitrose

- It gives you the privacy you need after thousands of horror rental stories (or is it just me?) but doesn't break the bank

- It has a PROPER induction and an ELECTRIC OVEN (like a normal mini oven, not that micro combi sh**) in which you can actually bake a cake and treat yourself with Sunday Roast (sorry I’m a chef!)

- You get to admire bunch of great sunrises and sunsets from your bed while enjoying that first cup of coffee/ a nightcap

- The shower comes with an AMAZING WATER PRESSURE – I kid you not, the best one I had so far (10 years in London and counting).

Boring stuff:

- Rent £650 + council tax (not more than £70 – will need to double check that and £0 if you are a full-time student like myself)

- You would need to set up your own WIFI but plenty of options

- Deposit is £750

- References are required
