Double Room, Clean/Quiet/Secure/Central

Hi all!
I am looking for a new flatmate in my flat 5 minutes away (by walking)from the Finchley Central station. The flat has two double bedrooms, one bathroom, and an open planned kitchen living room.

I am a professional. I am into art, nature, gym, meeting with friends for dinner/drinks, or spontaneous trips away.

The flat is close to station and shops with bus stops on the doorstep. Great area with local parks.

Within a very short walk, Finchley Central has a Lidl, Aldi, Tescos, Sainsbury's, Morrisons Deli, Amazon shop, Oriental, Co-op, two Boots, Poundland, SuperSave, H&M plus a load more!
A young professional or a student who likes what they do and who can contribute to the friendly, open and positive atmosphere of the flat.
Preference for someone who does not smoke indoors, and has a good self-awareness.

The room is ready to be moved in. now I will need to conduct certain background checks. Council tax, broadband, water, electricity, and internet are included.
