Clean, spacious double room is to be available in Finchley Central from around October (not completely fixed on time yet so need to be flexible as I am in process of buying my own place, will update once confirmed).

THE LOCATION:

The apartment/flat is on the first floor and the location overlooks and is just steps away from countless restaurants, mini markets, charity shops, and down the road to a large supermarket and the nearest tube (Finchley Central, Northern Line). Is 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop. The flat is 25 minutes travel away from Central London.

THE APARTMENT/FLAT:

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (both with toilets and one with a 1 shower and one with 1 bath), good size kitchen with plenty of storage space, a big living room - it's everything you need and the rent is really reasonable for London.

All plates, pots & pans, glasses are communal. We all tend to use our own mugs, Tupperware and clothes dryer.

You will have your own food cupboard, freezer drawer and shelf in fridge with plenty of extra space :)

THE ROOM:

The room being rented is a spacious double bedroom. Everything is cream/white so it's very relaxing.

Included is a huge built in wardrobe, big windows, double bed, and a set of draws.

Our estate agency looks after us and their office is directly downstairs so any issues usually get fixed within 24 hours.

THE HOUSEMATES:

You will be happy to know that you'll be moving in with two very friendly, funny people! Both are working professionals.

You will be living with two girls, Helen and Emy. Everyone gets along, are very clean & tidy and are very considerate of the other housemates and each others space. Everyone enjoys time together but also their own privacy.

RENT & BILLS:

The whole flat rent is £1800 plus bills which we split according to room size.

The rent is £705 which also includes council tax, gas, electric, internet, water and towards buying cleaning products etc. Although this may go up slightly due to the gas and electric increase!
