Myself and my flatmate are looking for someone to join our 3 bedroom flat :) We’re both quite tidy so the flat is generally very clean. It’s a newly refurbished flat, so everything is new and works really well. We’re both university students, so other university students would be most welcome, but anyone else interested is welcome to message us and inquire about the room.

Contract length - starts immediately to October 2024
Rent paid monthly £900pcm * (* a total of £2700 a month split 3 ways equally) / bills also monthly - split by 3

Double bedroom (comes with double bed and wardrobe) in 3 bedroom house recently renovated - 2 bathrooms - fully furnished kitchen and living room - 2nd floor with lift - access to a communal balcony and a shared garden area
Parking available - 20 min walk/5 min car journey to Sainsbury’s and just slightly further a big Tescos

20 mins walk to nearest tube station - Finchley Central (northern line) and 5 mins to nearest bus stop
Sharing with 2 SOAS students (one male and one female)
