- Bright unfurnished double room with pretty view of garden.
- Away from main roads on leafy street. In a semi-detached house on a separate floor with no other bedrooms around it, so really peaceful.
- Has small built in wardbrobe
FLAT:
- £550p/m excl. bills with £577.50 deposit. Bills vary on season but are between £80 and £140 a month.
- Good sized kitchen with lots of storage and big table, but no living room
- Patio with table and chairs outside, so good for bike storage and plants
- Separate toilet and shower
- It’s a 3 bed flat, we’re in our mid-late 20s. We get on with our own things, but friendly and up for a chat. I’m a scientist so am in the lab everyday and my flatmate is a singer so does a mixture of WFH/outside work.
- On street permit parking
- we have a good relationship with the estate agents and they’re very responsive
- LGBT friendly
LOCATION:
- Flat is in Finchley. Really great location minutes away from shops, restaurants and the library. Cute park at the end of the street with tennis courts is perf for summer evenings!
- Less than 5 min walk to big Tesco and 8 min to Finchley Central station (Northern Line). Also amazing bus connections to central and north london that run all night.
YOU:
- Ideally looking for someone clean and 22+
- WFH is completely fine, but please read warning at end!
- You’d need a reference from your previous landlord+employer and proof of income (eg. copies of wage slips/contract/bank statements etc.). There’s a bit of flexibility compared to the pic I added, like I only provided a work contract and a previous flatmate was self-employed. Also if you’ve only lived with family before the estate agents are understanding if you don’t have a landlord ref. However general proof of income/previous landlord checks are requirements from the estate agent so please only contact if you can provide these

BE AWARE: The room has been recently renovated, but there will be additional work happening in other rooms and potentially external construction work. We’ve been advised it’ll take between 6-8 weeks and we can stay in the property whilst it’s being done, because the bedrooms already been renovated and on a separate floor from the other rooms it likely won’t affect you if you decide to move in :)
