The Room/Flat 🏡
The room is a bright and spacious attic room with lots of storage. Please keep in mind there is a ladder to get to the room (as shown in the photo). You will also have your own bathroom (as the other bedroom has an en suite).

The flat is spacious, light and homely, with a small Juliette balcony in the living room. There is also a seperate small room used for laundry/an office room (which we find really handy!). The landlord is very responsive and reliable.

Location 📍
The flat is a 15/20 minute walk or 5/7 minute bus to Finchley Central (Northern line). There's also a 10 minute bus to Hendon Central. The area is very residential and feels very safe.

I'm a 28 year old Graphic Designer who's currently in the office 3 days a week. I am very friendly, chilled and sociable but I'm also independent and like my own space. I love watching reality tv, going out for food and exploring London on the weekends. I am neat and tidy and definetly see this flat as a home 😊

I am looking to live with someone I see as a friend to hang out with but is also respectful of space. Someone to sometimes watch trashy tv and drink wine with would be a bonus! Ideally I would prefer to live with a female of a similar age to me.
