A nice double room on the 2nd floor of the property. Space for a full desk at the bottom of the bed ideal if you work from home. The room will be repainted professionally before someone moves in and the carpet will be replaced.

A chilled out tidy environment where you can relax. This is not a party house but we are friendly and sociable and up for hanging out, but also respectful of each other’s space. The bills and cleaning are split equally. A potential housemate would be someone who is chill, friendly and sociable.

Our flat has a decent sized kitchen with lots of cupboard space and a breakfast bar. Included we have Gas hobs, electric oven, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine. Other kitchen appliances that can also be shared.
Living Room:
We have a shared living room with a wood floor and big bay windows. Sofa and dining table as well as plenty of storage. It’s a great space to make your own, eat and hang out.
Bathroom:
The bathroom is modern and in great condition. Bath, shower, small mounted mirror cabinet and a large storage cabinet.
Decking and Garden:
We have decking that leads to an enclosed garden. Plenty of grass and space for BBQs.
The Street
We have a lovely street community that looks out for one another. It is a quiet street for foot traffic and a safe area even at night. Permit on street parking is also available.
Transport links and local area:
Finchley Central tube station - Northern Line - 9 min walk to station 30 min tube to Central London.
Great bus routes including the new super loop service and a direct route to Brent Cross Shopping Centre.
North Circular road - 6 min drive away.
In walking distance we have a Tesco, Aldi, Waitrose. With plenty of food and drinking options.
