We are looking for a non-smoking 'PROFESSIONALS', working normal work hour, who are looking to share a quiet, and very clean but sociable home. We want to express that the flat is kept to a very high standard with regard to tidiness and cleanliness. So we are looking for a 3rd person that is respectful, considrate and clean. This is very important!

`We are 2 ladies and are interested is in anything related to health and wellbeing. We like to travel and being in nature.

Monthly rental amount is inclusive of all utility bills and council tax.

There are two outdoor green spaces nearby of Victoria Park & Stephens House & Gardens also within a 5 & 10 minutes walk from the flat.
The N20 night bus runs from central London which stops 1 minute away from the flat, plus the other bus routes of the 82 which runs all the way to Baker Street ending at Victoria, as well as the 460, 143, 326, 383.
