We have a double room to rent in our homely flat very close to Finchley Central station (Zone 4).

We are aged 31-36 working. We very don't work from home so are looking for someone who also doesn’t work from home.

We are sociable and all get along very well, watch TV together and share the occasional glass of wine or visit to our local but also have our own lives, varied interests and respect each other’s space. We only have one shared space which is quite small so we don't host very often.

Rent is £580pcm, plus around £85pcm bills. Our landlady requires proof of income or a guarantor. The move date is 1st Marcg. Parking permits can be bought for the street if you need one.
