We have a double room to rent in our homely flat very close to Finchley Central station (Zone 4).

We are 2 females, 1 gay male, We are aged 28-36, working in TV and film. We very rarely work from home so are looking for someone who also doesn’t work from home.

We are sociable and all get along very well, watch TV together and share the occasional glass of wine or visit to our local but also have our own lives, varied interests and respect each other’s space. We only have one shared space which is quite small so we don't host very often.

It is a split level flat with a homely living / kitchen-dining room, and two bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor so you would be sharing the bathroom with only one other person.

Rent is £580pcm, plus around £85pcm bills. Our landlady requires proof of income or a guarantor. The move date is 1st Sept. Parking permits can be bought for the street if you need one.
