We have two rooms available in our three-bed flat with a move in date of 1st September – 8th September, and a third room with a move in date of 8th October – all for under £800 each.
The flat has three massive double rooms, is fully furnished (beds, wardrobes, desks etc) and has been a great home for two years for us.
It’s four minutes walk to Finchley Central tube station, which is on the Northern line – great for Kings Cross, Euston, Bank, London Bridge etc. Even Tottenham Court Road door to door in under 20 mins. Because we’re so close to the station we pretty much always get home before all our friends who live in zone 2!
The house has two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with a new oven, and a massive living room. There’s also a storage room upstairs which is great for winter coats and suitcases – could even be converted into a home office.
There’s a Sainsburys at the top of the road (5 mins walk), along with a library and some great coffee shops, bars and pubs. A big Tesco is less than 10 minutes walk away alongside plenty of other shops. It’s a super safe area and the house is right by a gorgeous park with a stately home in the grounds – there’s even an old stables that’s been converted into a café. Gym is 10 mins walk away too – great for a working from home lunchtime trip! I also love to spend our Sundays going on walks down to Hampstead Heath.
ROOMS
The larger room with the built in bookcases is available from 1st September, but we can be flexible if you want to move in a week later. The rent for this room is £792.
The slightly smaller (but still pretty big!) room is £767 and has the same move in dates.
You’d be living with our third housemate Sophie (primary school teacher) for one month, but then she’d be moving out and the tenancy would be renewed (landlord has said in writing that the rent will stay the same, so no worries there).
You’ll need to be earning over £25k per year, in full-time employment and not a student, plus have a British passport or settlement status/right to rent in order to pass referencing.
