I’ve got a room going in a sunny 2 bedroom flat in a quiet street just off Regents Park Road with communal gardens.

You would be sharing with me, a secondary school teacher originally from New York, been in London for about 15 years. I have just bought the flat and am still in the process of settling in, so definitely open to some collaboration on decorating! This space would suit a chill and tidy professional, looking for a peaceful place to relax. Happy to have a chat when you come to see the place to see if we get on!

The room is furnished with a double bed (with a brand new mattress) and two night stands. A desk is available upon request. There is plenty of storage in the room with 3 large floor to ceiling cupboards and 2 under bed drawers.

The rest of the flat has a separate kitchen and a living/dining room. There is a washing machine and a heated drying rack.

Available from late August, but there’s some flexibility here. The rent is £850 plus bills, which are estimated to be around £125 (water, council tax band C, internet, gas/electric). I have not been in the flat through winter, so that might change!

- 10 minute walk to Finchley Central Station (Northern Line)
- Bus stop just at the end of the road
- Plenty of supermarkets and stores on Ballards Lane in the heart of Finchley Central
-20 minutes from Finchley Memorial Hospital
