The flat is on the main road but doesn’t face it, so it's still quiet inside.

The room is unfurnished, but can be flexible on items. A wardrobe can be left in the room if needed and a barely used bed and chest if drawers can be left in the room for £200.

The open-plan living area is shared with the kitchen and is more spacious than it appears in the photos. It includes a dining table and a sofa and there is room for more.
