Located super conveniently just 3 minutes from Finchley Central (Northern Line with Night Tube!) and across from a Tesco Superstore. The flat is on the main road but doesn’t face it, so it's still quiet inside.

The room is unfurnished, but can be flexible on this. A wardrobe can be left in the room if needed and a barely used bed and chest of drawers can also be left in the room for £200.

The open-plan living area is shared with the kitchen and is more spacious than it appears in the photos. It includes a dining table and a sofa and there is room for more.

The ensuite bathroom offers plenty of space and comfort.

There’s ample room in the hallway for coats, jackets and shoes or additional wardrobes etc.

Parking is available on the street with a permit, and fast internet is included. The deposit is 1 month’s rent, and I’m looking for a working professional to share the flat with (I live here for more than a year now and my flatmate is in the process of moving in with his partner).

A bit about me: I’m Alex, 38, and work as a project manager at a media agency. I’m into rock and metal and usually out on weekends in Camden. I tend to travel quite a lot as my partner lives abroad.
