Double room in spacious flat with garden terrace

Hello 👋 My name is Lucy, I’m a 25 year old professional working as a health and beauty buyer 🌱💄

I have been renting this flat for 4 years, however the other 2 flat mates are moving out, and so have 2 rooms available. Both rooms are big double furnished bedrooms, one room with a door onto the large garden terrace.

I am after a 'friend like' flat mate who is happy to hang out, but also will respect own space and is happy to do their own thing. I like to (try) cook and have a great collection of plants. Im sociable but also relaxed and are looking for someone similar. Being clean and a non smoker is a must!

We have two bathrooms and so you will only need to share it with 1 other person out of 3. We have a bright and spacious kitchen and living room area, where we/you can hang out in the evenings and watch tv. At the moment, I am working from home on some days- so the kitchen will be a shared office space during the week. Hoping to find someone similar with a typical 9-5 too!

We are a 4 min walk to Finchley Central station (nothern line) and 1 min walk to a Tesco

The tenancy is for 6 months with the opportunity to extend to a year. I rent through an estate agent and is a mutual contract through them. The landlord is great! Move in date is 30/10/24, though there may be a couple of days buffer.
