This is excluding bills however they have been the following for the last year - Council tax is £66.65 pm, internet £9.95 pm, water is £13.25 pm and electricity varies with seasons but we like to keep low.
House has a large living room with couches tables, chairs etc. Bathroom pictured is yours shared with only 1 other person.

You will be living with me Colleen who is (f, 28) and works in fashion, Maria (f, 25) how has full time 9-5 and pursues creative things in her spare time and Lauren (f, 29) who works as a physio and loves travelling

Room will be free from December

The house is about 5/7 min walk from tube station and highstreet which has lots of supermarkets, cute cafes and some of the best charity shops in London. There are also 2 parks also about 5 mins away which are fab to chill in summertime!

Someone easy going and friendly would be great. Respect boundaries and personal space are super important. This is not a party house.
