2 bed flatshare in Finchley Central

This 2 bedroom flat is 2 minute walk from the tube (Finchley Central on Northern line). It is a comfortable, tidy and relaxed space to call home, and it's really well connected - 12min to Camden, where you have the Overground, around 28min to Kings Cross/Old Street/Tottehnam Crt Rd. There is all-night bus number 13.

The flat has a big livingroom to share, with plenty of space, plants, and it has a balcony. There is a bathroom with a bath and everything necessary, and a spacious Kitchen with all the kitchen stuff, dishwasher, etc.

The bedroom has a built-in spacious wardrobe, dbl mattress, and if you need a chest of drawers or a shelving unit it is also available.

You will be sharing with myself, a woman (39). I am working full time at a hotel in Central Lnd so my shifts/off days change often. I also do go out fair bit of time for art exhibitions, live gigs in Camden and East London mostly, sunday roasts, walks with a camera, so you will have a lot of space for yourself at the flat too!

When I am at home I usually like to relax, cook, do yoga/pilates, read a book, share a meal/drink, watch a movie, often up for a chat but equally like having my own space especially after busy working days.

Room is 800 pounds (excl bills) per month
Bills are around 160-200 pounds per month (winter time is on the higher side)
Deposit is 900 pounds

Available from 15th December/as it is a festive season there is flexibility but ideally the latest moving in date would be 1st January

References from your landlord and a proof of occupation required for my landlord once we agree on long term and adding you onto a contract.

I might consider short stays as well, no deposit required but a payment upfront for a month is needed.
