I’m looking for a friendly, tidy flatmate to take over a lovely bright, spacious double room in our clean and peaceful Finchley flat. It’s fully furnished, all bills included, and opposite a park — perfect for relaxing walks or WFH lunch breaks.

🛏️ The Room & Flat:
- £950/month – includes all bills (gas & electricity up to £200, WiFi, council tax, water, TV licence)
- Bright, spacious double room with lots of natural light
- Fully equipped kitchen (no living room, but the kitchen’s a cozy space to chat or eat together)
- Lovely bathroom, washing machine, large fridge
- Flat is directly opposite Victoria Park🌳
- We have a cat - his name is Tigrou 🐈

🧍‍♀️ Who You’ll Be Living With:
I'm Luisa, 27, originally from Germany, and I work in Digital Marketing. I love cooking, reading, gigs, and going to the theatre — and I really value a warm, tidy, and relaxed home.

You’ll mostly be sharing the flat with just me — and Tigru — as Ervin, our other flatmate, stays here occasionally (Tuesday–Friday, once or twice a month). So for the majority of the time, it’s really just two people living here — making it a calm and spacious environment.

- 15 min walk or quick bus to Finchley Central station
- Direct bus to Victoria
Tesco (12 min), Waitrose (17 min), Aldi (20 min)
- High street just 10 mins away – restaurants, gyms, cinema & more
Quiet, residential area with plenty of green space 🌿
