Our townhouse flat has a great vibe and has two levels. There is a shared living room, two bathrooms and a garden.
The room comes with a double bed and a bedside table. It is a very bright room with a lovely Velux window with a view of the garden. Although on the small side, measuring 8.7' x 6'9 ( 2.62m x 2.06m), there's room for a wardrobe or desk. There is also some storage space in the cupboard across from the room.
The house has broadband and Satellite TV.
We are a friendly, creative and tidy household who respect each other's privacy. We all work a variety of different shifts and we're looking for a fellow professional who is respectful and not looking for a party household.
Bills are not included . Council tax is £55 pcm. Internet £9. Gas/Electric £40. - £60 (based on usage)
Water is £60 (every six months).
