Spacious loft room, in laid back, large home

I’ve just purchased a beautiful newly decorated home with loads of light, a huge open plan living room/kitchen and a lovely garden and want to welcome someone (female) into our spacious double loft room which almost feels like a studio flat with plenty of room for yoga/exercise/hanging out, plenty of storage including an ottoman bed, wardrobe, drawers, it’s own fridge, desk and beanbag sofa soon (updated photos coming soon).

There’s a gorgeous bathroom right next to the room which I’ll use occasionally as it’s the best shower in the house but happy to work around your timings and it'll mainly be for your use, you can keep things in it etc.

I’m a laid back, sociable single mum who runs a social justice foundation, living with my gorgeous twin sons (nearly 8yo) who values authentic conversation and is looking for a lodger who is tidy, friendly and open minded. Ideally someone who isn’t working from home full time as I do!

There’s plenty of free parking on the street and we are often away on weekends especially in summer as we have a campervan. Also travel a lot in school holidays.

The house is in a lovely quiet street in a leafy suburb with lots of green spaces and Ballards Lane close by with great cafes, restaurants, shops etc. 20 mins into King’s Cross on the northern line and beautiful nature like Coppetts Wood, Glebelands nature reserve, Hampstead Heath and Highgate Woods close by.

Open to reduced rent in exchange for some regular childcare/babysitting. Will cover all bills including council tax, fast internet etc.

Available from 21st October but could make earlier if urgent.
