Hey everyone!
A friend of mine is looking for a roommate. Her current flatmate, who lived there for 5 years, is moving in with his partner and I was supposed to take over but due to unforeseen changes in personal circumstances I no longer can. I am devastated and feel very bad for abandoning her, hence I am creating this post.
It's is a double room in a flat with a massive living room in a beautiful area near Finchley Central station. The price is £740 plus bills. The room is available from the 7th November.
Valentina is a performer and a vocal coach.
As I mentioned before, Valentina lived in the flat for over 5 years and get along with a landlord very well, so both Valentina and the landlord would like to continue her living there. (The landlord does not live in the flat btw)
