We have two fully furnished double bedrooms available to rent on the 3rd (top) floor of a friendly, relaxed shared house, just a 7-minute walk from Finchley Central Underground Station (Northern Line).

The rooms are ideal for 1 person per room, a couple, or one individual renting both rooms (e. g. using the second room as a home office or dressing room).

You will be sharing the house with two respectful professionals and a very affectionate cat, so you must be comfortable living with pets. This is not a party house – we value a calm, clean, and professional environment.

Two fully furnished double bedrooms on the top floor

Each room includes: built-in wardrobes and double beds

Shared top-floor bathroom (with shower, toilet, sink, and bidet)

Ground Floor: Living room, dining room, kitchen, and access to a garden

First Floor: 2 double bedrooms and 1 full bathroom

Top Floor: 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom (you’ll share with only one other tenant)
