Double bedroom in Finchely central

We are a couple who work outside most days and we have a cat. We are looking for someone who is either a student or working full-time outside the house, who is sociable but also respects personal space. Ideally, you are tidy, organised, and help keep shared areas clean. We prefer someone who isn’t very loud or noisy.

The room is a double size, and all bills are included .
❌Couples are not welcomed at all .
No pet allowed as we already got one in the house .
