Spacious room in huge house and quiet Finchley

Hello! :)

I'm sadly moving out of this beautiful room after two years because of work.

The double room:

Honestly very spacious. It's on the first floor, next to the entrance. It has a big window that gets a lot of light in during the day. The room is on the same floor as the kitchen, although you don't hear noises at all. The street is also very quite. The are three radiators in the room.
The room (as the rest of the house) came mainly unfurnished. I bought most things. Some of which I'll be leaving behind.

I will leave the desk, the two big black wardrobes and a little table.
I am thinking of leaving the screen as well if anyone wants it (it's a screen I use for gaming, not a tv).
I'd appreciate a little contribution for the things you'll inherit from me :)
The bed is coming with me, but one of the housemates might be willing to sell her double mattress. So you'd need to get just a frame for it. Or you can buy your own.

I apologise for the room being messy. That will go with me!

As for the price, it is not fixed as we split the bills depending on how much we consume. But consider 750 the max you'll pay in total.

The single room:
It's rather small, but with its own desk and bed. Ideal for a student, or someone that doesn't spend a lot of time at home. It comes with storage on the first floor to store your clothes and stuff. Probably not great if you are a tall guy :)

The rest of the house:

- Fully integrated contemporary open-plan kitchen
- Large dining room with bi-folding doors to the garden
- A huge back garden with a patio area (including a fruit-bearing apple tree!)
- A shared lounge area
- 2 bathrooms and 2 showers/bathtubs

The house is within walking distance to Finchley Central and West Finchley stations, with multiple bus routes close by for easy access to central London. Finchley High Street features a huge Tesco and many fresh food supermarkets.

The housemates are: Jade, Sam, Philip, Tom and Tami (25-32 yo), all professionals.
They usually have busy schedules, but also enjoy a bit of banter over the dinner table and occasionally watch movies or play games together. Ideally, they would like someone who plans to stay for the long term.
