Large bedroom in cosy 2 bed flatshare

My current flatmate of 4 years is moving out and I'm looking for a new flatmate to join a lovely 2 bedroom flatshare with shared bathroom, part furnished and 5-10 mins walking distance from the Northern line underground station. The tenancy renews from 26th February for 12 months with a 6 month break clause and the rent is excluding bills inc. council tax.

I am looking for a respectable, easy going, clean flatmate that would like to be friends aswel as flatmates but equally likes their own space. I have lived in the flat for over 3 years and love living here. I work in central London in fashion 3-5 days a week and on my weekends like to socialise, go to fitness classes aswel as staying in and chilling.
