Large bedroom in cosy 2 bed flatshare

My lovely flatmate (and friend of four years!) is moving out of our cosy 2‑bed ground floor flat in Finchley Central so I’m looking for someone to take over the lease with me from 27th February.

I’m a fashion buyer who works hybrid (usually just one WFH day a week). I'm busy in the week but in my spare time I love trying new restaurants, enjoying the occasional glass of wine, staying active, and admittedly love reality TV.

I’m really hoping to find someone who wants a home, not just a flat-share. Someone who enjoys a nice balance: chatting about our day over dinner but also respecting each other’s alone time. Just an easy-going, friendly vibe!

The flat is really well connected:
5 minute walk to Finchley central tube line
Kings Cross in 18 mins / Tottenham Court Road in 22 mins
Big Tesco across the road (perfect for late-night snack runs!)

Rent - £900 per month (the private landlord will carry out necessary references)
Bills approx. £200 per month (less in Summer)
