Short-Term Summer Let – Finchley Central

I’m looking for someone to stay in my flat over the summer, from June until the end of August (move-in and move-out dates are flexible).

From early July until the end of August, you’ll have the place mostly to yourself, as I’ll be travelling for most of that time — ideal for someone looking for a quiet, comfortable base in London.

Just a 3-minute walk to London Underground Finchley Central Station (Northern Line)
Large Tesco Superstore directly across the road
Situated on a quiet, leafy residential street

The Space
No shared living room (the layout is more like a compact studio setup)
You’ll have access to the bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom
Bright, sunny bedroom with plenty of storage space
Weekly cleaner included

Additional Information
Building renovations will be taking place during this period, so there may occasionally be some noise and limited access on certain days while contractors carry out:
Skylight replacements in the kitchen and bathroom
Front door repairs

If you’re easy-going and comfortable with the above, this could be a great short-term summer stay in a well-connected area.
