Hi! My flatmate is moving out in August so I’m looking for a new flatmate. Move in date is 10th of August.

You’ll only be sharing the flat with one person.

The bedroom (and flat) is fully furnished but if you want to get rid of some of the furniture we can arrange that as most of it belongs to me. Big windows and lots of natural light.

-5 mins walk to the tube station (northern line, approx 30mins to central london)
-5 mins walk to a lot of bus stops
-5 mins walk to a big tesco and the main street with lots of shops
-5/10 mins walk to a sainsbury’s local and little waitrose
-5-10 mins walk to 2 big parks

Small living room that can also be used as a spare bedroom if you have guests over.

Fully equipped kitchen.

There’s also a small garden as well as an attic that can be used for storage.

Pets are welcome.

The landlord is also very kind and accommodating so you can decorate your space however you’d like!

A little more about me:
I'm a 29 years old woman and I've always shared this flat with friends so I'm looking for someone chill so this flat can feel comfortable and be a safe space for both of us. I'm also queer and neurodivergent and spend most of my time at home, would love to hangout sometimes or even become friends if we get along and if that's something you'd like as well! I'm of course very respectful of personal space and boundaries and very accommodating, just want good vibes so we can both feel at home!
I love music, watching films, tv shows, anime, reality tv or documentaries. I also really enjoy arts and crafts, going to the park, or just relaxing and having a good time!
