Hey! I’m looking for a friendly, sociable and considerate female flatmate to share my spacious 2 bedroom flat in Finchley Central.

💷 Rent: £990 per month
Bills are approximately £110–£160 per month, bringing the total to around £1,100–£1,150 per month including bills.

📅 Available from the end of September, although an earlier move-in may be possible if needed.

👩 A little about me
I’m a 32 year old female working professional. I’m friendly and sociable and enjoy having a chat, going for a coffee or occasionally doing something together, but I’m also respectful of personal space and like having a peaceful home.

I work shifts, including some weekends, so I’m in and out of the flat quite a lot. This also means you’ll have plenty of time to yourself at home.

I’m looking for someone clean, respectful, friendly and easy going who would like a comfortable and welcoming home.
