Spacious flat in Finchley Central

Double bedroom in a 2nd floor, 2 bedroom flat.

The bedroom is a bright spacious double with built in wardrobe, the room is fully furnished and has a double bed with a wooden frame which sits next to the window.
The window over looks a residential room so no need to worry about noise as its a quiet residential street.

The bathroom is shared but as its a 2 bedroom flat you'll only be sharing with one other person (female aged 25) The bathroom is spacious and has a bath and shower. There is also a towel rail and shelves where you can keep your toiletries.

The lounge has a large window which stretches the length of one wall and the sun shines in during the afternoon, the room has a tv with freeview. As well as the sofa there is also a dining table with chairs by the window. From the lounge there is lovely view, especially in the evenings when you can see the sunsetting.

The kitchen is also spacious, there is a breakfast bar with stools along one wall, a large fridge/freezer and while you're doing the washing up you can look out the window. I do need to mention here that I keep kosher, which means that meat and milk are kept separately, so ideally I am looking for someone who is either vegetarian or happy to only bring kosher meat into the kitchen.

I also wanted to mention that the flat has recently had new wooden floors put in which run through the entire flat (expect the bathroom)
There is also wifi which works in all rooms in the flat and the hot water is electric so no need to worry about running out of hot water.
There are also 3 cupboards along the hall, a coat cupboard, an airing cupboard and one more which currently has all cleaning products and hoover.

The block also has a communal garden so if you like outdoor space you won't have to go down to the park (the park is about a 5 minute walk)
If you drive there only parking restrictions on the roads are between 2-3pm on weekdays, if you have a car and don't want to take it to work you will need to get a permit.

The public transport links are easy, its a 7 minute walk to finchley central (zone 4 on the northern line), its nice in the mornings as it before the tube gets packed and the are often seats left. As a reference is takes about 30mins to get to oxford circus from finchley central station. There are also good bus links which go into town.

There is Tescos superstore just past the station which is a 10 minute walk which is on the high street. There is also a Marks and Spencers and a Waitrose a short bus ride away.
