Nice house in Finchley Central

A very spacious clean double room in the quiet friendly neighbourhood of Finchley is now available.
We are looking for a short to mid -term let as I am planning to move abroad within the next six months.
The property is an elegant, homely Edwardian house with some period features. It is also a bright house with lots of windows and cosy atmosphere. It is a large house, well kept and has a really lovely garden. As a result, it is always comfortable and never feels crowded. It has double glazing windows and central heating.

ABOUT THE OCCUPANTS
I have a variety of occupations including teaching English and writing projects. My interests are varied from going to the gym and practising yoga and spinning, as I am also a keen cyclist. I have worked and travelled in over 40 countries working as an actor and voice-over as well as some teaching English.

The other housemate is from Nottinghamshire and works in Sales and marketing in the IT industry who is friendly and easy to get along with.

We both lead active lives but catch up mostly in the kitchen over meals.
It is basically a quiet environment and not a party house.

What we are looking for is someone that has shared before and so knows how to be considerate of other people; easy to get along with and likes to keep the house clean and tidy. It is a short term let compared to the normal one year contract so the room price has been reduced to reflect the inconvenience.

PLACE SURROUNDINGS

The house is just over 10 minutes walk to Finchley Central tube station (Northern Line). 25-30 minutes to Central London. The Northern Line takes you directly to the trendy Camden Town, King's Cross St Pancras International, Angel, Old Street, Tottenham Court Road and Euston. The area is surrounded by top quality cafes; restaurants, shops and supermarkets including Tesco, Sainsbury's Aldi and Waitrose.

The nearest bus stop is on Long Lane, only 2 minutes away from the house with buses 382 to Finchley Central Station, towards Mill Hill East / Millbrook Park and the 143 to Finchley Central Station / Brent Cross / Highgate / Archway.
