Double bed spotless modern flat-quiet area.

Hi there,
Ideally looking for a female to replace me (male)but will consider guys too. We are aged 30 and would be looking for someone along the same age. This is a really great flat that I must leave as I am moving out of the UK mid-December-otherwise I would stay for a long time!
The flat is really new with all modern fittings, carpet and furniture (actually new furniture not just the usual 'new furniture and fittings' nonsense in these ads!). The bathroom is beautiful with modern shower and toilet. The bedroom on offer is 'double' with two built in wardrobes some extra storage space and a little kinder egg desk-just for show really but you have room for a decent one if you needed it.
It would suit someone who is very clean and tidy as its a spotless flat most of the time and we really like coming home to a clean and chilled out environment.

We like to have a sociable flat but also respect each others privacy. We both work and have separate social lives so it is nice to come home to a relaxed and friendly environment. A couple of beers/glasses of wine every now and then and some trashy tv never hurt anyone!

The area is really nice with a huge Tesco only 5 mins away and a great Waitrose about 10 mins away. Its super quiet at night and is at the end of a cul-de-sac so no traffic noise at all. There is also a park about 100m away with plenty of open space-as parks tend to have...

Parking permit is really reasonable for the year if you need it £40 I think-might be able to give you mine for free. Neighbors in our cul-de-sac are very friendly and there is a very friendly family living downstairs-great for deliveries and security in general.

If you are looking in this area you obviously know its appeal so I won't go on!
