Jackpot! there's a room in our flat!

Double room available in a spacious flat with two absolute heroes.

Good sized double room, all necessities included, bed, wardrobe etc.

About 7 minutes walk from Finchley central for all your Northern line requirements, and 5 minutes walk from Finchley high street; where you can find 'The Best Kebab in London,' an excellent range of charity shops, lots of restaurants and shisha bars, and of course a Tesco and a Sainsburys.

There's ample parking, the road is quiet, and the neighbours are nice.

The flat is tastefully decorated with a variety of strange artwork, (mostly courtesy of Gareth) there's a big kitchen, a good sized living room with a dining table for when we are behaving.

Separate toilet and bathroom with a shower. the toilet seat has cats on and there's occasionally a stuffed fox present. His name is Alganon.

Current tenants:

Gareth. 40. Journalist/Camerman/possible spy. Drinks a ridiculous amount of coffee, smokes rollies without filters, and watches absolute sh*t on the television. Likes to purchase strange things on eBay, and display them artfully around the living quarters.

Ruth. 25. Primary school teacher. Has occasional manic cleaning sessions. Burns quite a lot of incense. smokes rollies with filters because she's not that hardcore.

Alan. 3. A cat. Is a complete and utter idiot. But fairly cute.

We are all very laid back, we share food/cook for each other, we don't mind if the washing up isn't done the instant we're finished eating. (Apart from Alan...)

About you:
It's not the place for you if you are a massive clean freak really, or if you don't like to be sociable now and again. Its probably better if you smoke. It's important that you like biscuits, and occasionally like to get off your face with good company.
