Large double room in a big house inc. of all bills

A lovely, spacious double room with a view into our garden has become available for rent. It is fully furnished with a double bed, a built in wardrobe and a few others bits.

We are all in our twenties and have varying work schedules so we are rarely all in the house at the same time.

Everyone is pretty laid back and we all take part in the housework to make sure the house is always clean and tidy.

I am looking for someone to move in with us in the next week who is responsible, clean and reliable. Also looking for someone who is looking to stay at least until October.

We are all pretty friendly and would like it if the new tenant would contribute to a positive living environment even if its just a little chat every now and then.
