Cosy small double room in modern flat

I have a small, warm double room in a spacious flat available to rent about 12 minutes' walk from Finchley Central station.

Bus routes 143, 112 and 232 are very close and there is a PureGym about 100 metres away.

The whole flat was refurbished a few years ago. The bedroom is fully furnished with a *small* double bed (there is storage space under the bed) and wardrobes. There is a secure storage cupboard outside the flat where you would be able to keep some belongings. There's also plenty of on-road parking, some off-road parking, and green space surrounding the building.

My ideal flatmate would be someone who works from home 1 day/week maximum.

I'm ideally looking for someone who is looking for a home rather than just a room. My ideal flatmate would be respectful, friendly, clean and tidy. It would be great to find someone who likes sharing the occasional drink or meal - but equally I like my own space.

I currently work from home most of the time (at a desk in the living room - not shown in photos), and go into the office once or twice a week.


All bills are included in the rent (water, gas/electric, internet and council tax).
