Sadly, I am moving back to Australia so I'm putting my room up for rent. The room will be available from the 1st of August.

Conveniently located close to Finchley Road, this apartment has the convenience of being in a quiet neighbourhood whilst being close to a range of shops and transport options. Within a short walk from the apartment, there are various grocery stores, cafes and restaurants. There are also multiple parks, and there is an access point to Hampstead Heath (but you will need to walk a bit to access the more popular parts of the park).

Within a 10-15 minute walk, you can access the Jubilee, Metropolitan and Northern tube lines as well as have access to the Overground and Thameslink trains. Additionally, there is a bus stop right out the front of the apartment complex, which can easily take you to a tube station or to central London. There is also the National Express nearby to take you to Luton or Stanstead airport.

This apartment is on the top floor and has two levels, where the bottom level has the living room, kitchen and one bedroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms and the bathroom. There is plenty of green space around, and when it's sunny it's nice to go and sit downstairs. The bedroom being rented is upstairs and comes with a double bed, two bedside tables, a built-in wardrobe, a bookcase and a mirror. I'm selling my desk, chair and printer so happy to sell them to the person who takes over the room.

The current tenants are Grace and Mulberry, both 25. Grace works in public health and Mulberry works in the civil service. Both have flexible working arrangements, so sometimes will work from home. They are looking for a housemate who is also a professional, is clean and respectful, likes to spend time in the living room chatting but also respects their space.

Rent is £838pm and bills are around £130pm (this will go down later in the year as we pay council tax over 10 months, not 12). We want to hold viewings in the first week of July as a few of us are going travelling.
