Looking for 2 flatmates to join me in my first floor flat.

The smaller room has a 3/4 bed, the larger room has a king size bed. Both have a wardrobe. You’ll need to bring your own desk and chair if desired. We currently share the rent £710/£827 for the smaller/larger rooms. Deposit £870 pp.

The flat has a large terrace which we’ve had lots of great parties on in the summer, as well as a lounge and 1 bathroom.

Looking to sign a new 12 month contract as current housemates are moving for work. Proof of income/references may be required by agent.
