Spacious double bedroom in a large four bed flat in a Mansions block on the border of West Hampstead and Hampstead. The bedroom is unfurnished (1st picture) but we have furniture including 2 sofas and a dining table in the living room (2nd-4th pictures). The bedroom has lots of wardrobe space and shares a bathroom with one other housemate (a girl). There is access to a communal garden and parking on nearby streets if you buy a permit from the council.

The current housemates are a web developer and scientists. We tend to be quite chill during the week and mostly go to the gym, and cook dinner and watch telly after work. All of us have been in London for a few years at least and love being here. We are all sociable people but we all have plenty of space to do our own thing so the house never feels crowded or too loud. We usually all eat in the living/dining room to catch up.

It’s been a really lovely house for the past couple of years and we’re looking for a friendly housemate to join our clan!
