Looking for someone to take over my double room in a 2-bed flat in South Hampstead NW3, only a 5 min walk from Finchley Road station!

About the flat - it’s extremely spacious with a big living room and kitchen with an outdoor area out back. It’s actually a 3 bed flat and we’ve converted the smallest room into an office that fits 2 desks comfortably. Your room will come with a cabinet (open to selling my bed). Tons of storage throughout the flat which is also a huge plus!

Flatmate

You’ll be living with Kimberly (26), a tech consultant who mostly works remote with the occasional office day. She spends her free time going to workout classes, having dinners/drinks with friends, or catching up on the latest reality tv on Netflix. (More of a wholesome rather than party kinda house.) Looking for someone a similar age who would want to be friends as well as flatmates!

She also has a sweet 4 year old Maltese x shih tzu dog who is extremely friendly and loves everyone - so also looking for someone who would love him back and be comfortable with having a dog around the flat 🐾 He’s considered a hypoallergenic mixed breed and doesn’t shed.

Please note that we will need 1 month rent + 5 weeks deposit to move in.
