Double bedroom in NW3

Hi, I’m Isabella (Issy)

I'm 25, born and raised in London, and looking for a flatmate. The flat is in North West London, Zone 2, on the Finchley Road.

The flat:
- 2 double bedrooms
- 1 shared bathroom
- kitchen
- dining/living room
- balcony
- washer/dryer
- bills included

The room:
-unfurnished apart from the bed frame, mattress (both just a few months old), and fitted blinds
-new carpeting installed in the past year

I’m looking for a friendly, considerate, relaxed female flatmate around the same age as myself, who values open communication and is mindful of maintaining a tidy, comfortable home. I work in media and work from home 4 days a week (usually in the office on Thursdays) so ideally my flat mate wouldn’t too, but it isn’t a deal breaker.

Getting about:
The flat is very well connected. West Hampstead Underground, Overground, Thameslink, and Finchley Road Underground and Overground are all within a 15 min walk, and Hampstead underground is a 20 min walk away. There is also a bus stop just across the street where you can catch the 113 and the 13 bus into London.

The area:
The flat is just a short 5 min walk from West Hampstead high street which has everything you could hope a high street to have. It has a great variety of shops, pubs, bars, restaurants, charity shops, bakeries and coffee shops. It’s also just a 15 minute walk from the west side of Hampstead Heath if you enjoy a bit of nature.
