I'm moving back to Cornwall for personal reasons so looking for someone to fill my room.

Room is really big, and house comes with an outdoor terrace. Large supermarkets and loads of restaurants are right on the door step. Finchley Road station is 2 minute walk away with Jubilee access - Can get to London Bridge in 20 minutes. Walking distance from Hamstead Heath which is a lovely part of London with a large woodland area.

Rent includes Council tax and wifi, only have to pay energy bill. Room is contracted until 24th Octobr 2025, with an ability to extend if desired. Ideally move in on the 24th January, but can be available up until 24th February. Happy to do showings at your convenience.
