I’m subletting my cozy bedroom in a 2B1B flat because I’ll be away for work this summer. Female only.
Dates: 1st June – 30th September (flexible, the longer the better!)
Rent: £275 per week (bills and council tax split with flatmate)
Location: 2-min walk to Finchley Road Station (Jubilee & Metropolitan lines), near Regent’s Park, Primrose Hill, Hampstead. Safe and quiet area with lots of shops (Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Aldi, Japanese & Korean supermarkets) and gyms nearby.
About the flat:
• Shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom (bathtub & shower)
• Washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, microwave, kitchenware available
• TV for movies and games, books and musical instruments available to borrow
• We call it “Sky Island” — peaceful and cozy!
Flatmate:
You’ll be living with a lovely female flatmate (Actress). I’m a sound designer/director. We both work in the theatre industry, love a clean and peaceful home, and also enjoy good conversations.
We prefer someone tidy, respectful, and who treats the home with care. Friends visiting is okay, but no overnight guests please.
