About the flatmates:
👩🏻María: ¡Hola! I’m 26 years old, I’m originally from Spain but I have been living in London the past 8 years. I work a 9 to 5 job in market research and work from home around 2 to 3 days per week. In my spare time, I like going to gigs, reading, going to the cinema, cooking, and walking up to the Heath when the weather allows it. I enjoy hanging out with my flatmates, having flat dinners, a cup of tea here and there, but I’m also respectful of people’s need for space.
👩🏻Rebecca: Hello! My name's Rebecca, I'm 26 and work as a freelance stage manager which means my schedule is all over the place - from regular unemployment all the way to 12 hour days. I love reading and writing, picking up a new hobby to abandon it soon after, walking on the heath and swimming - especially in the Lido. My job is very sociable and very people-focused so I value quiet and calmness at home to recharge but enjoy a flat dinner once in a while and a Bake off watch group. I've now been living in the flat for 6 years, I love it due to its location and its generous size!
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a woman, someone easy going and friendly, preferably a professional that works from the office a couple of days per week or has a hybrid or shift job (not fully remote). We value cleanliness and tidiness in the shared spaces (specially bathroom and kitchen). No partners are allowed to stay overnight as we share a bathroom between 4 people and it can get tricky in the mornings. Friends and family visiting sporadically are absolutely fine of course.
No smoking or doing drugs in the flat. No pets (unfortunately).
Please send us a brief summary about you and we’ll organise viewings 🙂
