About the room: Bright furnished double room available in 3 bed flat share. Flat has shared living room/ dining room, bathroom and kitchen equipped with a washing machine. Also has a small fire escape which can be used as a balcony in the summer! Bills ~ £150-200 inc water, elec, wifi, council tax, gas
📍Flat has the best location! Situated a couple mins walk to Finchley Rd station (Metropolitan/Jubilee) also 6 min walk to Overground and 12min walk to Thameslink. We are also walking distance to Hampstead Heath and Primrose Hill!! Conveniently located near shops, restaurants etc!
Accessibility: The flat is on the 3rd floor and is accessible via a lift however the lift unfortunately is not easily accessible without stairs.
