Double room in Finchley Road

We're looking for a young professional to take up this double bedroom in a three-bed flat, less than 5 minutes walk from Finchley Road station and 10 minutes walk from Hampstead Village.

The room is spacious with plenty of storage, and the flat has a good-sized living room and a fully equipped kitchen.

Myself (current flatmate who's moving out), Angus, and Charles (flatmates staying at the property, 25 yo) have been friends since university. We enjoy playing a variety of sports as well as the odd pub trip. We're looking for a flatmate with similar interests and who is friendly and will keep the place tidy.

Short-term tenants are welcome. Angus and Charles are both likely to move out in the Autumn. But there is also the opportunity to stay on beyond that if wanted. There's also the possibility of a slightly early move-in date if necessary.
