Furnished double room available in a friendly 5 bed female house share spread across 4 floors which means you never feel on top of each other. This rooms at the top of the house sharing the floor with 1 other room. The room sharing this rooms floor has an en-suite, the shared bathroom is on the first floor and there is another toilet downstairs by the utility room.

You’ll be sharing with 4 easygoing female housemates, (1 Irish, 1 Hungarian, 1 Australian, 1 Brit). Everyone is pretty busy day to day but whenever we see each other we catch up over dinner and occasionally go to the pub together.

In between West Hampstead and Hampstead the flats location has great connections to green spaces and into central-
Finchley Road tube (met and jubilee line) 5 mins walk
Finchley & Frognal overground (mildmay) 2 mins walk
Hampstead heath 20min walk
Primrose Hill 30min walk

Shops are only minutes away with a large Sainsbury’s, Waitrose and Aldi all on the high street.

Parking is available with a permit from the council.

Rent is £810 without bills, bills are around £150. We all take on 1 bill to make it easier, this room has the council tax and we just add to splitwise each month. We have a cleaner who comes fortnightly.

We have a private landlord who we can message at anytime, she’s been quick and responsive over the 2 years of living here.
