Double room with private balcony - Dance Square

Hello :)
We are Fei and Sebastian and we have recently let a our new flat at Dance Square in central London. We are both working (in tech & finance respectively) and are looking for a flatmate (as a sublet).
A lot of our time goes either into work or our hobbies (dancing, some software projects, sports, etc). We would love to share the space and live in a relaxed and harmonious environment.

A few more informations regarding the actual sublet:
- furnished bedrom (12'11'' x 8'11'') with your own private balcony (see pictures)
- 4th floor, modern apartment with lift access and 24-hour concierge (in neighbouring building but same housing complex)
- shared kitchen and bathroom
- communal gardens
- min. 8 months rent (though longer preferred)
- council tax (Islington) and broadband included in rent (electricity and water not included)
- Barbican, Old Street, and Farringdon stations in walking distance (less than 15mins)
