Double bedroom in Finsbury Park

Hi,

I have a lovely double room available to rent in a bright and airy flat close to both Finsbury Park and Manor House. One other tenant (me).

The flat is on the 2nd floor of a Victorian house, on a quiet residential road. We are 3 minutes walk from Finsbury Park, and 10 minutes walk from the lovely Clissold Park. There are lots of shops and nice cafes in walking distance. We’re also in walking distance of Stoke Newington Church Street.

The room:

The room is a good sized double comes with queen sized bed, bedside table and wardrobe. There's a big window which lets in all the light and the room is in great condition.

The flat:

The flat is a 2 bed flat which has a kitchen/diner/sitting room and bathroom. It is very much a home and is comfortable and tidy. We have a cleaner that comes every other week.

Tenants:

Catherine - I am 35, a Speech Therapist and work for the NHS. The flat is owned by one of my best friends and therefore I am responsible for looking after it! This helps as any issues are sorted quickly. I love seeing friends, going to barre/pilates classes, climbing, cycling and travelling. As I work in a hospital I am out every day (Mon-Fri). Typically, I am often out seeing friends but also like to be in relaxing, so it would lovely to live with someone who will join me.
I love meeting new people but appreciate when we all need our own space to relax at home.
I’d love to live with someone a similar age and life stage to me who appreciates a clean, tidy, calm and safe place to call home. Ideally they will have their own life in London but who will also have a chat and watch a film with me on the sofa!

Rent/bills:

Rent is £950 per month. Bills including cleaner, internet, council tax etc. come to around £180 per month. Deposit is 1 months rent.

The room is available from end of July onwards. I would also consider short term lets if required.
